Please allow 1-2 days for processing time. Your items will ship shortly! 

SNEAKERS

All pairs are carefully hand-crafted, therefore, please allow 3-5 weeks for them to be made. Keep in mind that shipping is not accounted in the stated time frame; it is additional. Please refer to our FAQs for more information.

 

 

EXCHANGES 

APPAREL

If the customer is not 100% satisfied, exchanges are accepted. 

SNEAKERS: 

If the customer is not 100% satisfied, exchanges are accepted. However, since the items are hand-crafted specifically for the customer, there is a 35% non-refundable fee. This fee covers the manpower invested in creating the original ordered piece. The customer will have to pay this amount in order to receive an exchange in sneakers. We encourage our customers to double check their sizes prior to ordering to avoid this procedure. 

 

 

RETURNS 

APPAREL

If the customer is not 100% satisfied, returns are accepted for full refund.


SNEAKERS: 

If the customer is not 100% satisfied, returns are accepted for refund. However, since the items are hand-crafted specifically for the customer, there is a 35% non-refundable fee. This fee covers the manpower invested in creating the piece. The customer will receive 65% of the full payment amount.

 

 

Returns and exchanges are accepted for up to 21 days from the original date of purchase. Products must be unused, in the same condition as received and with the original packaging.
